Spacious and authentic rooms with crisp bedlinen and excellent shower. Good food quality. Attentive staff and personal attention from the owner. Special seafood meal better than #1 restaurant at half the price. Enjoy the Ginger Iced Tea by the pool.
Felt extremely safe, nothing too much trouble.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tea Bungalow. Having had a few days on the backwaters, it was time for the buzz of Fort Cochin. The Bungalow is about 10 minutes walk from the harbour, but in a lovely oasis of calm. Sitting in the garden by the pool for dinner on both nights was an absolute pleasure. Rooms well equipped and comfortable. Staff were excellent; friendly and helpful. Free wifi another plus.
It's a short walk to the harbour and the famour Chinese Nets, and there are a few other properties closer by. But the comfort and the character of the Tea Bungalow more than compensates. Would certainly recommend.

+ Nothing at all, far to expensive, poor service, bad room
+No privacy (our room gave directly on the restaurant, and the door was transparent and not well closing) +mosquitos in the room (door to the garden also not well closing) +they do not serve alcoholic beverages in their restaurant (but they "forgot" to mention it on their homepage) +unprofessional staff, bad services
